Lifetime Access Disclaimer
"Lifetime Access" to this course means you will have access to the course materials for as long as Kapatalyze LLCÂ continues to offer and maintain the course and its hosting platform.
We intend to provide ongoing access indefinitely under normal circumstances. However, access is subject to the continued existence and operation of Kapatalyze LLC. In the event that Kapatalyze LLC:
- ceases to offer the course or related services,
- discontinues the product/platform for any reason (including but not limited to business decisions, technical limitations, or changes in third-party hosting/services),
- dissolves, winds down operations, enters bankruptcy, insolvency, or any similar proceeding,
Access to the course may terminate at that time without further notice. In such circumstances, no refunds (full or partial), credits, compensation, continued access, downloads (beyond any already permitted), or other remedies will be provided, except as may be expressly required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge and agree that purchasing "lifetime access" involves an inherent risk tied to the ongoing viability of the company and the service. This is not a guarantee of perpetual access regardless of business events. We strongly recommend downloading any available course materials (such as videos, PDFs, or worksheets) promptly after purchase, as offline copies may be the most reliable way to retain long-term value.
This provision survives termination of access and forms part of the binding agreement between you and Kapatalyze LLC.
Notwithstanding the above, in the unlikely event that Kapatalyze LLC ceases to offer the course or dissolves within the first 12 months following your purchase, you are guaranteed at least 12 months of access from the date of purchase, even if the course is discontinued earlier. After 12 months, no refunds or other compensation will apply in the event of discontinuation or dissolution.
