Alex's interest in the stock market began back in 2017 when he was working in the aviation industry and felt like there must be more to life than working 5 days a week, and not being in control of time. Determined to quit this job someday, he began dedicating all his free time into learning as much as he could about day trading.

Fast forward, Alex eventually was able to leave his semi-comfortable corporate job and pursue day trading full time. This proved to be one of the best decisions he would ever make and he would never look back.

Directly funded his day trading, Alex has been able to elevate his life above what he had originally dreamed back when he was sitting in front of that computer looking out the window at his old job. Day trading provided a freedom that he never knew was possible. His goal when creating Kapatalyze was to help others keep the dream alive and give them the knowledge that he has learned through years of ups and downs of the stock market.

Outside of Kapatalyze and day trading, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, as well as, golfing and continuing his passion of car collecting.
